Introduction.

Purefill was founded in 1992. Its creator, Damian Dixon had worked all his life designing, developing and patenting special purpose machines.

Driven by the lack of High Quality Bespoke machines he started this Innovative Engineering Design based company working in the Ultra Hygienic Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Industries. The company quickly became immersed in all industries and later focused itself on the specialised field of handling ‘Delicate’ and ‘Non Free Flowing powders with Vacuum.

Existing clients range from small family bakeries making cakes to some of the biggest Blue Chip companies like DuPont and Pfizer.

The company’s core product is the Vacuum Conveyor. This type of conveyor has been around for many years. The first machines were different in many ways. They focused on the short comings of existing manufactures, recognising there was a market for Ultra Hygienic machines, bespoke to each customer and not mass produced

The vacuum pump is a key part of this system. The preferred choice is the Multi Venturi Compressed Air driven pump as it’s safe, simple, compact, efficient on low volume batches and needs no electric supply. After this they offer a range of electric Vacuum Exhausters mainly for high volume continuous running applications
