Ingredient Batch Weighing. Dough Mixer.On this application ingredients Sugar and Flour are vacuumed individually out of big bags to a pre-set weight. This is a ‘Loss-In-Weight’ system. The Big Bags are set on load cells and so powder is vacuumed out of the bag until the target weight is reached. So for example if the batch requires 60kg of sugar the Vacuum Loader will take 10 x 6kg batches and then stop. |
