Reactor Vessel Loading with Twin Valve Discharge.

This was a challenging application as the product ‘CARBAPOL, is extremely difficult to handle. Sticky and Non-Free flowing. We used a 2 stage system for this application. Stage 1. We draw Product into the Vacuum Loader on a short cycle and discharge it into the second chamber. This chamber has a Pulsating Discharge Valve on the outlet so the Powder is scattered into the Reactor for perfect mixing rather than batch loaded where mixing was always a problem in the past
